Every lamp from Lumenza Studios is more than lighting — it’s a handcrafted sculpture designed to illuminate, inspire, and last. While each piece is carefully crafted and inspected, we understand situations may arise where a return or service is needed.

This page outlines our Returns Policy and 1-Year Limited Warranty, giving you complete clarity, transparency, and peace of mind.

RETURN POLICY

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely repacked in original packaging.

Process

  1. Complete the Return & Warranty Form (available at the bottom of this page).

  2. Upload photos/videos clearly showing the reason for your return.

  3. Our team will review your request and email next steps, along with a prepaid return label (where applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Warranty-related issues: Return shipping is complimentary.

  • Change of mind: Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. To make it fair, we’ll also issue a coupon of the same value for your next purchase.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for funds to appear.

  • Store credit is also available upon request.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Every Lumenza lamp comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering structural and component faults under normal use.

Covered:

  • Structural faults in 3D-printed parts

  • Hardware issues (base, switch, wiring)

  • Damage sustained during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Not Covered:

  • Natural variations in texture or finish (hallmarks of craftsmanship, not defects)

  • Damage from moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or use of non-LED bulbs

  • Misuse, modification, or improper assembly

  • Complimentary LED bulb included with purchase

Resolution Options:
Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Repair the lamp

  • Provide a replacement

  • Offer a refund

Each case is carefully reviewed, and the most suitable solution will be confirmed by our team.

LEGAL NOTES

Limitation of Liability
Lumenza Studios is only liable for the direct value of the product itself, not indirect or consequential damages.

Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect rights provided under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, shipping carrier disruptions).
